This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ashok Kumar @ Sanjay Kumar son of Jhoro Mal Khastoria in Crime No.14/2025 of PS FIA Circle Hyderabad at Sukkur for offence 3/4 AMLA 2010 and 109-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 19.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
