Mr. Muhammad Siddique Bangwar advocate filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Muhammad Ayoub, Abdul Qadir @ Lahno and Nisar. Order. Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.9. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.10 that accused Muhammad Ayoub s/o Hamzo Teghani, Abdul Qadir @ Lahno @ Bhalar s/o Ghous Bux Teghani and Nisar s/o Arbab Sabzoi are acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. The accused, having been produced in custody through video link, are remanded back to the jail authorities along with acquittal intimation, with direction to the jail authority to release them forthwith in this case only and if they are not required to be detained in connection with any other case. Case against absconding accused is already kept on dormant file, till their arrest or surrender before the Court. |
