Application is allowed, the Motorcyclec is restored to the applicant on Superdari subject to furnish P.R bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and original documents of the Motorcycle to the satisfaction of this court. The applicant is directed not to sale, mortgage and change the colour of Motorcycle till disposal of the case. He is further directed to produce the Motor cycle as and when required during trial.
