Summary under C class called.ADPP is present.same is fixed for order.order passed and announced in open court. For what has been discussed above I am of the considered opinion that there is no any material to take cognizance of the offence, hence Final report is here by approved under ???C??? Class as recommended by SHO PS Mirpur Mathelo. Since F.I.R is disposed of, so accused persons are hereby discharged so also their surety,if any. Let the police papers be returned to SHO concerned Police Station along with order for keeping the same in relevant record.
