Application under Section 145 Cr.P.C. is called. The applicant and his learned counsel, Mr. Ali Asghar Pahore, are present. Respondent No. 03 and his learned counsel, Mr. Zuhaib Ali Siddique, are also present. Heard and perused. An order has been passed and announced in open Court. The application in hand is hereby disposed of with the direction that both parties shall furnish P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs. 1,000,000/- (Rupees Ten Lac only) each, positively. A detailed order is on a separate sheet. Both parties are further directed to maintain public peace and tranquility.
