Today Mr.Moula Bux Bajeer Advocate has filed Criminal Bail application U/S 497 Cr.PC along with his Vakalatnama on behalf of applicant/accused Iqbal Crime No. 09/2026 U/S 8 of SPPMSS Main Puri Ghutaka Act,2019 of P.S.Islamkot . One Imam Ali son of Punhoon by caste Bajeer R/O Missri Memon Taluka Islamkot District Tharparkar appeared and filed affidavit along with documents of his documents of his Registration certificate (Form G) of Honda CD 70 Model 2025 Registration No HEQ-7302 Chassis No.JF-691389 Engine No.P830110, he stood surety of accused Iqbal son of Phulio in the sum of Rs:30,000/-each (Twenty thousand) with P.R bond in like amount ,which is accepted for the satisfaction of this Court, subject to verification. Issue release writ of accused namely Iqbal son of Phulio Issue letter to concerned department for verification of surety documents.
