Diary: Today ASI Imanullah of P.S Diplo, appeared on behalf of I.O/ASI Qadir Bux P.S Diplo, and submitted Final challan/two separate charge sheet in crim No:74/2025, U/S 379,34, PPC of P.S Diplo, One charge sheets against major accused one Murtza @ Ghulam Murtaza s/o Achar Bajeer, and 02nd charge sheet against Juvenile offender is Noor Hassan s/o Achar Bajeer, as per NADRA Certificate age of minor is about 16/17 years. Both accused are present on bail in this crime they also involved in crime No:67/2025 U/S 379,34,PPC of Police Station Kadhan, and produce from jail authorities i.e. Superintendent Prison & CF Badin under custody and both accused remanded back to superintendent Prison & CF Badin . Complainant is absent Heard I.O & perused the relevant papers. Order on report U/S 173 Cr.P.C. Final Challan accepted, cognizance taken against both accused persons as per challan sheet. Let the case be registered against accused persons, office is directed to register case against minor with separate number as JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM. Photo copies of police papers supplied to present both accused persons at Exh:01 . As the accused Noor Hassan is Juvenile offender and this court has no jurisdiction try the juvenile cases, therefore, reference be made to Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar at Mithi for transferring the same to the court having jurisdictions. As the case of above named major accused /main case & the case of Juvenile offender is no same facts & connected cases, therefore, the reference also be made in main case is order to avoid conflicting judgment or complication at the time of its final disposal.
