Case called, accused Rehmatullah, Hidayatullah, Kareemullah and Usman are absconders and declared as POs. DDPP for the state is present. Complainant ASI Sanaullah Domki is present, no other PW is present. Case proceeded. D/O complainant ASI Sanaullah recorded at Ex.4 and he produced daily diary entry, memo of injuries, memo of dead body, inquest report, dead body examination form, letter and FIR R&R at Ex.4-A to 4-G. The DDPP for the state closed the side of prosecution vide statement at Ex.5 with prayer to keep the case on dormant file. Heard. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.6 that case against the above named absconding accused be kept on dormant file, till the time they are arrested and produced or surrender before the court of law. |
