This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Rajib Ali Magsi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Faiz Muhammad son of Aalim Khan, 02-Salman @ Salman Ali, 03-Fareed @ Farman Ali, 04-Imran all three son sof Faiz Muhammad by caste Chandio in Crime No.18/2026 of PS Sanjar Bhatti for offence 436,147,148,504-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 05.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnish the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
