The absconding accused/proclaimed offender Badihal son of Janan by caste Shar appeared in connection with Criminal Bail Application No.1711/2026. On declining his application for pre-arrest bail and recalling the interim prearrest bail, he is taken in to custody and remanded to District Prison Ghotki along with letter. The ADPP for the State is present. Necessary documents supplied to him against receipt which is taken on record (Exh 6). Put off to 20.8.2026 for charge. |

Perpetual warrants against absconding accused/proclaimed offenders namely (1) Sahito son of Abdul Kareem Shar (2) Ismail son of Muhammad Khan Shar (3) Ibrahim son of Qutub Shar (4) Badeehal son of Janan Shar (5) Ghulamoon son of Jannan Shar and (6) Mashooque son of Butto Kosh were issued.
