Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present and submitted court fee stamp of Rs.15000/- and account statement which are kept on record. Mr.Ayan Mustafa Memon and Mr.Muhammad Murad Maitlo advocates filed Vakalatnama on behalf of defendant which is kept on record and received copies. Order passed on separate order sheet. Therefore, the defendant is restrained from cancellation of the unit of plaintiff and or allotting the said unit to any third person till the next date of hearing. The plaintiff is directed to continue depositing the remaining installments (if any) in respect of suit property to the defendant and in case the defendant refused to receive the outstanding installments in respect of suit property, the plaintiff shall deposit the same forthwith to the Nazir of this Court. Put off to 19.09.2026 for hearing on application U/O 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC as well as filing W.S & C.A by the defendant. |
