So far as Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 129/2026 filed by the applicant Babar Khan Jamali is concerned, it would be appropriate to keep the same pending until completion of the judicial inquiry to be conducted pursuant to the orders of the Home Department, Government of Sindh, as passing any order and recording findings therein on the basis of the available record at this stage may prejudice either party.
