The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Safiullah Rind Advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Mujahid @ Mujo @ Muzamil son of Allah Dino Mastoi, in crime No.15/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence u/s 457,380,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 10.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
