This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Noorulla Rind advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Amanullah son of Muhammad Khan, 02-Ghulam Mustafa son of Muhammad Salleh, 03-Habibullah @ Muhammad Khan son of Muhammad Junam, 04-Amjad @ Amjad Ali son of Amanullah all by caste Panhawar in Crime No.101/2026 of PP Lalu Raunk PS Kamber for offence 506/2,114,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 12.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
