This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Kamran Ahmed Gorar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Muhammad Ali son of Rajal Khan Khuhawar in Crime No.32/2026 of PS Gaji Khuhawar for offence 395,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 14.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted.
