Case called. Accused Azmat Ali is produced by the jail. The learned ADPP for the State is present. Copies of the documents were supplied to the accused at Exhibit 01. The accused prayed for early disposal of the case and requested a speedy trial. Accordingly, on the request of the accused, the statutory time for framing of charge is waived.
