Bail is called, Accused is called absent. d. ADPP for state present. Complaianant is absent. Bail before arrest called. Applicant/accused namely Salman Ahmed son of Sultan Ahmed and his counsel called absent. Learned ADPP for the state, learned counsel for the complainant, complainant in person are present. Today since morning above named applicant/ accused called absent without intimation or application, it is now 11:50 PM. The relief of bail before arrest is an extraordinary relief which cannot be granted / extended in absence of accused.?? The applicant/ accused was required to be present on time, but he remained absent, therefore, bail before arrest application in hand stands dismissed in non prosecution, therefore, interim bail granted to applicant/accused vide order dated 18.05.2026 stands recalled. |
