The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Hussain Samo Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Noor Hussain son of Shoukat Ali Khan, 02-Sardar Ali, 03-Shahbaz @ Shahbaz Ali both sons of Kareem Dad all by caste Channa, in crime No.05/2026 of PS Drigh for offence u/s 506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant/accused namely 01-Noor Hussain and 02-Shoukat @ Shoukat Ali in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 11.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. While applicant/accused Sardar Ali has not furnish the required surety. |
