????On last dates of hearing viz.22.05.2026 & 03.06.2026 neither applicant appeared nor his counsel appeared; hence in the interest of justice matter adjourned till 04.06.2026. Today i.e.04.06.2026 matter called, neither applicant/petitioner appeared nor his counsel is present till 02:00 PM which shows that applicant/petitioner and his counsel are not interested to proceed the instant Cr.
