Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present and submitted statement alongwith court fee stamp of Rs.15000/- which is kept on record. Mr.Ayan Mustafa Memon and Mr.Muhammad Murad Maitlo advocates filed Vakalatnama on behalf of defendants No.1 & 2 which is kept on record and received copies. None is present from defendant No.3. Process through Bailiff returned served upon defendants No.1 and 2 and unserved upon defendant No.3. Order passed on process report. Repeat summon upon the defendant No.3 through Bailiff.
