The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muhammad Mairaj, 02-Faisal @ Ameer Faisal both sons of Ghulam Mustafa, 03-Ghulam Mustafa son of Haji Mudhan all by caste Tunio in Crime No.37/2026 of PS Drigh for offence 365-B,376(i),452,506/2,392,420,406,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lac) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 10.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
