P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Ayoub Khanzada Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused Badar @ Badar Khan son of Ghulam Mustafa, Mithal @ Mithal Khan son of Fakir Bux, Gulzar son of Arz Muhammad, Sadar @ Mulan @ Sadaruddin son of Ghulam Mustafa, Imam Bux son of Peeral Fakir @ Peeral Khan, all by caste Mirjat, for the offence under section 337-Ai, 147, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 50/2025 PS Qubbo Saeed Khan. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 17.09.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, complainant and call for police papers. |
