The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Pirzada advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Riaz Hussain son of Noorullah by caste Kandhro in Crime No.166/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence 337-Ai,506/2,504 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 08.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
