This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Ayoub Khanzada advocate on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Adil son of Aslam @ Muhammad Aslam, 02. Abdul Fattah son of Gullan @ Gul Muhammad, 03. Aslam @ Muhammad Aslam, 04. Rejib @ Rajib Ali, 05-Waseem @ Muhammad Waseem all sons of Manthar @ Manthar Ali, 06-Abid @ Abid Ali son of Aslam @ Manthar ali all by caste Magsi in Crime No.17/2026 of PP Saddar PS Kamber, for offence under section 420,406,353,504,147,148 PPC. Heard Arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees Fifty thousand only) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber, Applicants/accused are further directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 07.03.2025 at 08-30 am for confirmation or otherwise. Issue notice to DPP for the state so also complainant. Call police Papers. |
