ABA called. Applicants/Accused Abdul Razzaque is preset on Pre Arrest Bail. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Learned counsel for accused is repeatedly called absent. Mr. Shabeer Hussain Umrani, learned counsel for applicants/accused, at his own accord got date of bail for today but today he willfully remained absent on the plea that he appeared before the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Sanghar. Admittedly this court is also presided by Additional Sessions Judge, therefore he was legally, morally and ethically required to be present before this court. Be he did not appeared and gave preference to court which is 50 KMs away from Shahdadpur for the reason best known to him but this attracts willful mis conduct on his part, any how case is adjourned to Monday at 09:00 AM, if at 09:00 AM his accused or his counsel is absent than order will be passed without waiting for their attendance. This diary be kept on record. Anyhow, ABA is adjourned to 07.09.2026 for hearing arguments on confirmation or otherwise.
