The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sajjad Ali son of Barkat Ali, 02-Barkat Ali son of Muhammad Sadique both by caste Depar in Crime No.03/2026 of PS Gaji Khuhawar for offence 354-A,506/2,337v,337-Lii,504,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 07.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
