R & Ps received by way of transfer from the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Shikarpur for disposal according to law, vide letter No.CR/-1340/2026, dated:-18-02-2026. Case is already fixed today. Case called. Shahabuddin and Muhammad Siddique are present in custody, produced by Jail As: from District Prison Shikarpur. While remaining accused have already been declared as P.Os. Learned ADPP for the state and D.C are present. Documents of case papers supplied to both accused, such receipt obtained from them which is kept on record at Ex-04. Case put off to:-06-03-2026, for charge. Both accused remanded back to custody with direction to produce them before this court on the date of hearing. |
