Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate on behalf of applicant Abdul Qadeer son of Deedar Ali by caste Jagirani against SHO PS Kamber City and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Imam Zaidi learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Kamber City Police Picket Larkana road near village Maitla and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 04.07.2026 at 08:30 am without fail.
