This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Hakim Chandio, learned Advocate for accused Sadaqat son of Muhammad Zaman Lashari, for the offence under section 295-A, 298-A PPC, arising out of Crime No. 53/2025 of PS Gaji Khuhawar. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 15.09.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnished his required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state, complainant and call for police papers. |
