The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Brohi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Hafiz Himath @ Himath Ali son of Muhammad Mithal, 02-Umar son of Shamsuddin, 03-Abdullah son of Roshan Ali all by caste Bojani in Crime No.152/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 01.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnish the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
