This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Altaf @ Altaf Hussain son of Gul Muhammad @ Atta Muhammad by caste Khoso in Crime No.118/2025 of PP Lalu Raunk PS Waggan, for offence under section 324,506/2,337-Hii,34,148,149 PPC. Heard Arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(rupees thirty thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber, Applicant/accused is further directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 09.03.2025 at 08-30 am for confirmation or otherwise. Issue notice to DPP for the state so also complainant. Call police Papers. |
