This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Sanaulah Gilal advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdul Sattar, 02-Wahab, 03-Ali Muhammad all three sons of Nazir Hussain, 04-Hasnain son of Abdul Sattar all by caste Tunio in Crime No.275/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence 337-U,506/2,504,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off 29.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
