Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present. Mr. Muhammad Murad Maitlo advocate is present in other cases and he undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of defendants No.1 and 2 in the present suit as well. Process through Bailiff returned served. The service upon defendant No.3 is held good. Order passed on separate order sheet. Therefore, the defendants are restrained from cancellation of the unit of plaintiff and or allotting the said unit to any third person till the next date of hearing.
