This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Mumtaz Ali Jessar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Rajib Ali son of Hajjan by caste Solangi in Crime No.13/2026 of PS FIA Anti-Money Laundering Circle Sukkur for offence 3,4 AMLA 2010 amended 2020. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees two lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 03.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
