This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ahmed Ali Babar Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Shamsuddin son of Muhammad Chuttal, 02. Muhammad Usman son of Muhammad Juman both by caste Tunio, in crime No.20/2026 PS Kamber PP Sadar for offence under section 114, 506/2, 427, 337H2, 148-149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
