This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Akhtar Ali Lak advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Inam Ali son of Yaar Muhammad khero, 02-Khurshed Ali son of Nawab, 03-Sajjad Ali son of Mumtaz Ali all by caste Khero in Crime No.38/2026 of PS Mirokhan for offence 380-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 26.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused 01-Inam Ali, 02-Khurshed have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. While applicant/accused Sajjad Ali Khero has not furnish the required surety. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
