This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Sanaullah Gilal advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdul Sattar, 02-Ali Muhammad, 03-Abdul Wahab all three sons of Nazir Ahmed, 04-Hasnain son of Abdul Sattar all by caste Tunio in Crime No.272/2026 of PP Saddar Kamber PS Kamber City for offence 506/2,504,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 29.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted.
