This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Kareem Yar Bhohiyo advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ali Anwar son of Moor Khan, 02-Mazhar @ Muhammad Salleh son of Ali Anwar, 03-Mansoor son of Roshan, 04-Mst Hameeda w/o Ali Anwar, 05-Mst Erum d/o Ali Anwar all by caste Solangi in Crime No.77/2026 of PS Waggan for offence 506/2,452,147,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 22.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
