This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Liaquat Ali Bhurgri advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Bakhshal, 02-Zameer @ Allah Bakhsh both sons of Bagh Ali, 03-Nazeer @ Nazeer Ahmed, 04-Khalid Hussain, 05-Zulfiqar @ Zulfiqar Ali all sons of Bakhshal, 06-Uris @ Tikko Khan son of Mashooque Ali all by caste Seelro in Crime No.64/2026 of PS Bahram for offence 452,114,337-Ai,Aii,Fi,504,147,148-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 24.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
