This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Aijaz Ali Kalhoro advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Bashir Ahmed son of Abdul Majeed, 02-Noural @ Noor Ahmed, 03-Nourez @ Nourez Ahmed both sons of Imdad @ Imdad Hussain, 04-Amir @ Amir Hussain son of Hassan Ali, 05-Junaid @ Junaid Ahmed son of Nazeer @ Nazeer Ahmed all by caste Gadehi in Crime No.99/2026 of PS Warrah for offence 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 22.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused 01-Bashir Ahmed, 02-Noural @ Noor Ahmed, 03-Nourez @ Nourez Ahmed have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted.
