Decree Holder's execution application is allowed as prayed with no order as to costsw with direction and another chance and opporunity to J.D named above to pay the decreetal amount to the decree holder within a wekk with caution that in case of non compliance strict legal action including his arrest, custody and remand to prison will be taken subject to law embodied u/s 51 CPC r/w Order 37 and other relevant section and rules for satisfaction of decree because more decree of suit and allow of execution application without its satisfaction is of no use and an executing court by law is bound to get a decree satisfied within legal parameters within a reasonable time.
