Case called. Accused is present on bail. Learned ADPP is present. Copy of police papers is supplied to accused as Ex 1 and Charge against accused is framed as Ex 2 and his plea is recorded as Ex 2-A to which he pleaded guilty, simultaneously, moved an application for same. Accused was served with show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C. He submitted his reply. Order passed and announced in open Court. Accused is convicted u/s 243 Cr. P.C and imposed fine of Rs 3000/-. In case of failure in payment of fine amount, the accused shall undergo SI for one third of the imprisonment. |
