Accused has furnished required surety. One Leemoon son of Moti by caste Bajeer R/O Khankhainar Taluka Islamkot District Tharparkar appeared and filed affidavit along with documents of his documents of his Registration certificate (Form G) of Honda CD 70 Model 2025 Registration No HES-6377 Chassis No.JF-532875 Engine No.P786603, he stood surety of accused Abdullah son of Allah Dino in the sum of Rs:20,000/-each (Twenty thousand) with P.R bond in like amount ,which is accepted for the satisfaction of this Court, subject to verification. Issue release writ of accused namely Abdullah son of Allah Dino Issue letter to concerned department for verification of surety documents. |
