Showcause Notice to J.D is served on him through whatsapp by bailiff of this court. J.D Azeem files reply of showcause notice. Order passed thereon. Accordingly, the show cause reply is rejected. J.D Azeem Gul is ordered to be taken into custody in accordance with law for non-satisfaction of the decree and be sent to Civil Prison, Mirpurkhas. He shall be produced before this Court on the next date of hearing. An amount of Rs.10,000/- be handed over to Decree Holder, such receipt issued to both parties. Later on Decree Holder has moved an application seeking release of the Judgment Debtor (J.D.) Azeem Gul on the ground that she is willing to grant him one more opportunity to satisfy the decretal amount. Order passed thereon. Since civil detention in execution is coercive and not punitive, and the Decree Holder herself has requested his release, the application is allowed in the interest of justice, and let the J.D. be release from custody, however J.D stated that he will regularly pay Rs.10,000/- per month till the clearance of outstanding amount.
