I.D complaint called. Both the accused alongwith their counsel are present. On first call, the complainant was in attendance and requested to keeping the matter aside for 09:30 AM. However when the matter was called at 09:30 AM, the complainant was called absent. The matter was then kept aside for 11:00 AM and when matter was called at 11:00 AM the position remain same and matter was kept aside for 02:30 PM. The matter was again called at 02:30 PM but despite of repeated calls, th complainant chosen to remain absent without any application or intimation. the counsel of complainant is also not in attendance. Today the matter is fixed for evidence of complainant side and it is 02:30 PM and none is in the attendance from complainant side. In the interest of justice as last and final chance, matter is adjourned to 11.12.2025 for evidence of the complainant???s side and for further arguments on the application under Section 7 of the I.D Act. |
