Today matter was fixed for recording of evidence of opponent???s witness and in case of failure to decide main application under section 15 of SRPO as directed in earlier order dated 29.01.2026. Matter was fixed at about 12:00 Noon and on call learned counsel for applicant was present but opponent and his counsel called absent and matter was adjourned to 11.02.2026. At about 12:30 PM learned counsel for opponent appeared in court and cried before reader that why in his case date is fixed as 11.02.2026 and at that time presiding officer was at chamber as work suspension letter was received from Malir Bar Association. Learned counsel for opponent insisted to reader by crying for producing file before presiding officer at chamber and when reader came along with file then opponent counsel entered in chamber of presiding officer and started crying and shown rude behavior and misbehaved with presiding officer and used inappropriate words that ???he is not subordinate to Presiding officer and why in his case date is fixed as 11.02.2026, on which presiding directed to learned counsel for opponent to maintain the decorum and behavior and leave chamber but learned counsel for opponent did not maintain decorum and not changed his behavior and cried and left away chamber???. Late diary At about 2:56 PM again learned counsel for opponent filed statement by leveling false allegations of personal bias and denial of fair opportunity of hearing to opponent. Order passed on it. Same is discarded as containing false and baseless allegations. |
