Same NBW extended against absconder accused person same was returned un-executed, ASi Jan Muhammad has appeared from PS PP Site Kotri and submitted such statement of I.O, detailed order passed on separate sheet at Exh-01/2 also ASI produced un-executed Non-Bailable Warrant against the absconder accused person at Exh-01/A1, statement of two locality persons at Exh-01/B1 to Exh-01/C1, report of NBW vide Exh-01/D1 and entry of arrival and departure reports at PS Gulstan e Johar and arrival entry at PS Kotri vide Exh-01/E1 to Exh-01/G1. Proclamation under 87(2) Cr.P.C and Concerned Mukhtiarkar report were already taken on record vide Exh-02 and Exh-03, above named accused person were declared Proclaimed offenders vide order dated 17.08.2022. Case be kept on dormant till their appearance or arrest. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open Court. Let the perpetual NBWs be issued against accused persons. Let issue letter to NADRA to blockage of NIC of above named accused. |
