This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ghulam Ali Chandio, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Rab Nawaz son of Muhammad Yaqoob, 02-Ameer Ali son of Muhammad Qasim, 03-Rajib Ali, 04-Shahban both sons of Rab Nawaz, 05-Riaz Hussain son of Muhammad Yaqoob, 06-Gulshan son of Amanullah all by caste Khatian in Crime No.96/2026 of PS Warrah for offence 506/2,337-Hii,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 29.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
