S.C No. 120 of 2025 fixed in today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC system is taken up in open Court. Accused Usman is present on bail while accused Sadam Hussain remained absent under intimation submitted by his counsel on ground of illness of his mother and have gone out of district Ghotki. Absence of accused Sadam Hussain will be considered when found with supported documents of the illness of his mother otherwise proper order for his absence will be passed on the next date of hearing.
