Phase-II, Commercial-1 of the Park Square Project, launched by defendant No.1/4-B in Scheme No.25-A, Sector 17-D, Survey No.47, Shah Latif Town District Malir, Karachi, was to be constructed in the project of defendant No.1 or the project which is being now constructing by the defendant No.4 as the proposed building plan submitted by the defendant No.1 at SBCA at initial stage. The commissioner is also directed to obtain proposed building plan of the defendant No.1/M/s. Park Square and approved building plan of the said project from SBCA. The director SBCA is directed to depute any Assistant Director or any other official to assist the Commissioner to conduct the inspection. The Commissioner fee is at the rate of Rs.10,000/- which shall be borne by the defendant No.4. Let the copy of this order be sent to the Director SBCA for compliance. The Commissioner is directed to conduct inspection in presence of both parties or their representative by issuance of proper notices.
